BBA Webinar: Probate and Family Court COVID-19 Impact Series: Review of Special Master Appointments

Our COVID-19 impact review series continues as we review special master appointments and importantly we will explore the creative ways we can incorporate masters into our litigation cases on a variety of issues (not simply discovery). Given the access to court during the pandemic this will be a great subject to explore to help practitioners be more efficient on behalf of their clients. (August 4, 2020)
