Experts provide an overview of the changes proposed to the NPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial stormwater discharges. The webinar will give participants an overview of the MSGP including the scope of facilities subject to the MSGP, a summary of the proposed changes in the draft 2020 MSGP including sampling requirements and benchmark modifications, and the general permit's implementation by EPA Region 1 in Massachusetts.
