This program will address the all-too-common experience of waning stamina and feeling burnt out during times of continuous high demands (e.g., finals, bar prep, starting your career, etc.) and provide effective strategies to reduce the drain on your stamina, prioritize where to expend energy, and utilize useful techniques to refuel before, during, and after periods of high demands.
