The new MBTA Communities legislation (M.G.L. c. 40A, Section 3A) The members of the panel helped design the legislation, and want to help you learn how to use it. We hope to help lawyers better assist their real estate developer or lender clients plan and structure new housing developments that take advantage of these brand new zoning districts. (1/12/23)
