Seasoned litigation attorneys share their experiences litigating matters involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in Massachusetts. These “forever chemicals” are ubiquitous in the environment and thus give rise to a broad range of potential claims. This panel will discuss the PFAS Multi-District Litigation, class actions, consumer fraud cases, and actions under Chapter 21E and the common law. (5/18/2023)
