Protecting the Interests of Incapacitated Persons: Issues and Considerations for Fiduciaries and Agents

A panel of experts address questions concerning how they protect the interests of incapacitated persons in the roles of trustee, guardian, conservator, health care proxy and attorney-in-fact. In addition, they will discuss the interplay of these roles and best practices for drafting to minimize the risk of litigation or exploitation. (June 2, 2020)
