Understanding the 2022 Revisions to the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules

A revised version of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules became effective on September 1, 2022. The changes were designed to promote efficiency and reflect advances in technology. A discussion will be led by the head of the AAA’s Boston office and an experienced arbitrator, addressing the changed rules and their practical impact on drafting of arbitration clauses, conducting arbitration proceedings, and case strategy.
