 The terms of these “down-round” transactions can differ significantly from the terms that have been typical in recent years, which creates challenges and opportunities for companies, existing investors, and new investors. This webinar will provide an overview of traditional down-round terms and deal structures, and discuss new terms and structures that are becoming more prevalent than in prior market downturns.  It will also address how the various constituencies navigate through the complexities and conflicts of interest presented by these deal structures. Practicing Before EPA’s Environmental Appeals Board

The Environmental Appeals Board is an appellate tribunal established by regulation to hear administrative appeals under all major environmental statutes that EPA administers, including importantly where EPA is the permit-granting authority under the federal Clean Water Act National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) like in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The Board’s caseload consists primarily of appeals from permit decisions and administrative civil penalty decisions, as well as petitions for reimbursement of costs incurred in complying with cleanup orders issued under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.

Best Practices for Bankruptcy Appeals

Public Charge: A Training for Immigration Legal Representatives

Immigration Law Section Roundtable on EOIR’s New Limited Representation Rule

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) recently instituted a new final rule for immigration practitioners providing limited representation in matters before the immigration court. The rule went into effect on November 14th, and has immediate implications for many attorneys already providing limited immigration services, or wishing to do so in the future.
